This parking solution acts as an intermediary facilitating the digital management of parking sessions. We do not own, operate, or maintain any physical parking facilities ourselves; we provide the data and registration layer for third-party locations.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle registration details (license plate and location code) entered into the platform are accurate. Any fines or penalties incurred due to incorrect information provided through this parking solution are the sole responsibility of the user. You must ensure you are parked in a legal, designated zone before using our registration tools.
While access to the search interface may be free, successful registration of a parking session involves transaction fees as displayed at the point of sale. Our service processes these payments through secure, encrypted channels. All fees paid through the platform are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise by local municipal regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle theft, damage within a parking structure, or traffic citations received while using the platform.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goparkify operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
